What are you doing to make sure you get enough protein? Daily recommended protein is 100 grams. For a multiple pregnancy, you should get even more each day.


Great Sources of Protein:

-cottage cheese

-eggs

-yogurt

-almonds

-lean meat

-black beans and cheese

-protein shakes

-milk

-you may want to avoid soft cheeses and fish-check with your doctor


Protein ensures that the cells in your baby's body are built, especially toward the end of the pregnancy. Protein contributes to the health of the baby's placenta and of red blood cells.
